Technical Support Rep Wanted (Pasadena)

We are seeking highly motivated, positive, and tech savvy technical support representatives to enhance our team. The ideal candidate would be a motivated, upbeat individual, who is passionate about providing our customers with quality customer service and instruction concerning the use of our product and offering development improvements based on the suggestions and needs of our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

-Provide support to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps

-Effectively train groups of 1-20 on specific editions of our product (Must be willing to travel once a month)

-Improve product and system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes

-Maintain rapport with customers over the phone and through email by following up on support calls and trainings

-Keep a record of all correspondence regarding support, trainings, and development tips/bug fixes in the CRM

Job Requirements:

- Note: This is a full-time , entry-level position. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

-Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Experience in construction, retail or commercial flooring, measure estimating software or CAD, CRM system, or technical support is a PLUS
