If you're experiencing glitches in the MeasureSquare app--"widgets, products, and assignment" options disappearing from the bottom of the sidebar, sharing via email option opening a blank email template--delete the app and reinstall it using the steps below:

  • Back up diagrams/product catalogs/etc. via "sync" (on MeasureSquare app: swipe down on the main Diagram page or tap on the Sync button in the upper right hand corner)
  • Go to cloud.measuresquare.com and enter your login information via "Manage your MeasureSquare" on the righthand side of the web page.
  • Once you've logged in, you should see a menu dropdown icon to the left of your email:

Select "My Projects" from the dropdown and verify that all your products are backed up. Check "My profiles" and make sure your product database is also backed up. If all data appears on our cloud, proceed to step 5.
  • Delete MeasureSquare.
  • Reinstall app via App Store.

Will the outlined action help with the conflict error when dragging products to diagram?

[#1]: Conflict product error appears in different scenarios:

    Scenario 1

    1) Drag Carpet A from master database to the diagram.

    2) Change details of Carpet A in master database such as the pricing or cut margins.

    3) Drag Carpet A from master database to the same diagram.

    To resolve it, you should

    1) go to left side product panel->select "Assigned"->swipe your finger from right to left on the Assigned Carpet A->Delete

    2) Re-assign Carpet A from master database to the diagram.

    Scenario 2:

You follow the steps in senario 1, but you are still getting the conflict error message.

That's a known bug in version 2.3.9.14 and prevous version. It's been fixed in version 2.3.5.24. Please go to the AppStore to download the latest version.
